The development will comprise the construction of 59 no. houses comprising: 8 No. 2 bed 2 storey terraced houses (c.81.8 sqm GFA); 38 No.3 bedroom 2 storey semi - detached houses (c. 97.5sqm GFA); 1 No. 3 bedroom single storey detached house (c. 95.9 sqm GFA); and 12 No.4 bedroom 2 storey semi-detached houses (c. 120 sqm GFA). The development will be accessed and served by the existing and permitted internal road network, site services and open space as permitted under Reg. Ref.: 99/3698, Reg. Ref.:13/6594 and Reg. Ref. 16/321; with vehicular access off Browneshill Road. The development includes modifications to open space as permitted under Reg. Ref.:13/6594 and the provision of a roundabout as part of the internal road network. The development includes all associated landscaping works (including the provision of public and private open space areas), boundary treatments, site development works, site services (foul, surface water drainage and water supply) and all other associated site excavation, infrastructural and site development works above and below ground at Browneshill Rise, Browneshill Road, Chaplestown, Carlow.
