Following significant fire and smoke damage, including consequent water damage, to the Apartment Tower (6th to 15th floors inclusive) at the Metro Hotel (Dublin Airport) and Apartment Building, Santry Cross, Ballymun Road, Dublin 9 works are proposed to the Apartment Tower to bring the building back into use. The installation of a mist system has been required to the Winter Gardens of the tower. Fire Safety Certificate Ref. No. 20/1124 relates to the works.
