Internal modification and auxiliary works to existing premises. Internal remodeling of existing hotel to include provision of 27 bedrooms, toilets, stores and cafe areas. Provision of hotel reception in the existing north apartment hotel block. Construction of canopy and entrance to hotel through the north hotel apartment block. Upgrade of existing pump station to rear of site, connection to main public water supply or additional works.
