Proposed development and for retention permission of development on site. A) Permission is sought to construct a two storey type dwelling, domestic garage, private use four bay stable block with manure dungstead and associated effluent storage tank. Permission is also sought to install a new domestic treatment system and associated polishing filter. B) Permission for commercial retention development consists of an existing shed of 260 sqm and gravel yard used for the storage of touring circus vehicles for two-three months of the year. C) Permission for domestic retention consists of retaining existing site entrance as constructed on site with access drive, for permission to decommission unauthorised treatment system and percolation area together with removing unauthorised screening fence and to replace with semi-mature screening hedgerow and for all associated site works.
