B1 Bicycle store, it is a proposed to construct a new single storey bicycle store located adjacent to Block B1 of the overall development which will be built by the same builder. The building is located separate from other blocks in the development. Due to the nature and use of this building, the project DAC consultant has advised that a DAC certificate is not required under the Building Control (Amendment) Regulations 2018 (S.I. No. 526 of 2018), with regards to exempted buildings as indicated under sub article (2). Part L of the building regulations will be not be applicable as the building will not be heated for human occupancy (TGD 0.1.1.4).
