Extension and alterations of the existing single- storey dwelling including: construction of a new single-storey extension (86 sq.m) to the front of the existing dwelling comprising living, bedroom and bathroom accommodation; demolition of the existing front porch (2 sq.m) and rear boiler house (8 sq.m); internal alterations and renovations to the existing dwelling (91 sq.m); construction of a new single- storey lean-to extension to the rear (10 sq.m); Construction of a new dormer window to the rear and insertion of a new loft space within the existing attic (21 sq.m); insertion of 5 no. new rooflights to the existing / new roof slopes. The proposed development includes associated site works and landscaping not impacting on the house, its setting or entry from the public road. Permission is also sought to replace the existing septic tank installation with a new proprietary effluent treatment system discharging to an on-site polishing filter.
