The removal of an existing porch roof, 2) A single storey, ground floor extension to the side of the existing house, that will accommodate; bigger porch with rooflight above and more living space, 3) Separate new single storey shed with lean-to roof for storage purposes, 4) Change existing vehicle entrance to a pedestrian entrance, and install a new vehicle entrance to the site, 5) Internal modifications and all associated site works and landscaping. The proposed development is within the curtilage of Carton House, associated outhouses, stables and yards which are protected structures. No works proposed which directly affect these structures
