Retain 1. site vehicular entrance 2. all associated site works, a) culverting of the roadside drainage channel. b) construction of driveway. c) reprofiling of site at the above address. d) laying of a hardcore surface on both the new driveway and newly created level area to the rear of the subject cottage. e) construction of drainage channel on site perimeter. f) provision made for the discharge of surface water from the site to the roadside drain.
