Three classroom and accessible toilet and link to the existing school. Internal works to existing school building to form new access corridor to link to new classroom block and associated making good and decoration. Linking in of new services to existing including all associated works and making good. Relocation of play playground and basket ball court, new soakway for surface water. Relocation of existing metal store to a temporary position during construction and to a new final position on completion of the works. Removal of the existing sub-structure for prefabricated classroom (removed by others) and all associated works including all drainage and service connections and all necessary making good.
