To renovate an existing cottage, install a new sewerage treatment system and associated works at Clontra West, Sixmilberidge, Co Clare. Initial works involve clearing the site with an excavator. Additional works involve demolition and replacement of the backwall, foundation works to the existing house, raising the front wall and replacement of the roof. All windows are being replaced with new windows and openings being added. As per the planning permission a new sewerage system with infiltration system will be added. House requires all new wiring, pluming and finishes. 14/08/2025 Updated to address 2 comments from Council. (A) Commencement Notice is now dated. (B) Separate Plans are now provided comparing the existing dwelling to the proposed dwelling. This demonstrates that the proposed extension is less than 40 m2 (14.7 m2). The plans are dimensioned and the area is provided under each plan as highlighted
