Public-safe works description

The refurbishment and remodelling of two existing single storey office buildings (block A) and for change of use for these buildings from office use to office and educational use. The construction of 3 new single storey extensions to these buildings, an extension (49.5 sq.m) to the approved single-storey flat roof extension along the northern boundary of the site, elevational alterations to the western and southern façade of the approved western flat roof extension, including a brick outer leaf in lieu of the approved rendered finish. A new slate-finished dormer structure at attic level of the existing Block B building. 3 no. proposed rooflights to the western facing roof slope of the existing Block B building. 1 no. proposed rooflight to the northern facing roof slope of the approved single-storey Block D link extension and with modifications to the site entrance, new landscaping and associated site works. The works are a combination of the two planning permissions, 19/38616 & 22/41177.
