Non-building works associated with the development subject to Planning Permission Ref SD16A/0236. This includes siteworks, parking, various alterations to existing site services and facilities to accommodate the provision of the permitted buildings, works for new and re-located items of plant and equipment and pipe bridge structures, landscaping and boundary works plus building works not subject to Fire Safety Certificate applications and subsequent Commencement Notice with Documentation. All the above works are subject to the conditions of 10-year Planning Permission Grant SD16A/0236 of 10th October 2016 and described in Planning Application documentation.
