RW Unit 4 Arcadia Retail Park: (i) The Change of Use of Unit 5A (Floor Area 843sq.m) from Children’s Entertainment to Retail Warehouse use; (ii) Removal of 1 No. internal party wall and re- alignment of 1 No. party wall to provide 2 No. units to be known as Unit 4 (Ground Floor Area = 1938sq.m) and Unit 5 (Ground Floor Area = 916sq.m); (iii) Construction of mezzanine floors to Unit 4 (Proposed Mezzanine Floor Area = 381sq.m for storage, office and welfare use) and to Unit 5 (Proposed Mezzanine Floor Area = 439sq.m for Retail Warehouse use); (iv) Modifications to west-facing elevation to provide 2 No. new entrance canopies, relocation of 1 No. entrance door, omission of 1 No. entrance door, provision of new signage, modifications to existing canopy and omission of some glazing; (v) Provision of new and replacement signage to east, north and south facing elevations
