Phase 1 - Shell & Core only - Permission of the construction of a 1155m2 single storey centre of excellence training facility to include 6 no. changing rooms, training gym, washrooms and shower facilities, referee facilities, administration offices, plant room and all associated site works, car parking and bus parking provisions. New fencing and turnstiles to existing car parking facilities. Proposed development to be served via an existing site entrance and wastewater facility as constructed under planning reference 10129. Retention permission is also sought for retention of existing porta cabin for the duration of construction phase at Lumcloon, Fenagh, Co. Carlow. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the Planning Authority as part of the application and available for inspection.
