To renovate the existing structure which currently is 3 no. 2 bedroom apartments (pre-1963) which are in poor condition and create 2 No. 3 storey, 3 bedroom dwelling houses including the construction two storey extension to the rear of the house.. Works to include: Demolish all single storey extensions to the rear currently used as kitchen, bathroom & bedroom to the ground floor flat. Internal works to the house to include removal of all existing internal walls and floors which are in poor condition and do not satisfy current building regulations so as to facilitate the new layout for 2 No. 3 storey, 3 bedroomed dwellings. Alterations to Elevations are as follows: Changes to the Existing front elevation to allow for repositioning of one front door and one window and one window to be added. Changes to the rear elevation to include the construction of a 2 storey extension and changes to the window positions on the third floor. New Dwelling houses to be known as 5A & 5B North Main Street, Youghal, Co. Cork.
