It is proposed to construct a new residential development (Block 2) in the Charlesland area on the southern side of Greystones, Co. Wicklow. The development will consist of a 6-storey apartment block, served by two single escape stairs, with apartments located from ground to fifth floor. At ground floor it is proposed to provide amenity space, a bin store and electrical generator/store. All of the ancillary accommodation is access directly from the outside with the exception of the amenity space, which is provided with lobby protection and sprinkler protection as it communicates with the rest of the building.
