Construction of a new two storey extension to the existing CBS Primary school. The development will consist of the demolition of 45m sq of existing single storey toilet block also the removal of 4no. existing prefab classrooms and the construction of a new two storey primary school extension consisting of 12 classrooms, Junior general purpose room, Library, Staff room, 3 Special education tuition rooms and all ancillary accommodation associated with the extension (total area 2001 sqm) minor internal works to existing school including a new level access ramp to existing main entrance. External works to include 38no.car parking spaces, 70no. bicycle spaces, 2no. junior play areas including all associated and ancillary site works.
