Public-safe works description

The works will consist of; (A) a rear and side ground and first floor extension to provide additional living space on the ground floor with new bedroom space on the first floor; (B) modification of front elevation to facilitate porch adaptations and provision of a bay window to existing living room; (C); roof alterations are proposed to convert the existing hipped arrangement to a traditional gable which extends to incorporate the new bedroom and stairs location; (D) attic conversion with rear facing dormer in addition to new proposed Velux style roof lights to front slope of existing roof section; (E) existing vehicular access gate to be widened to 3.5M; (F) all necessary internal alterations, layout modifications and external site works as indicated on the drawings.
