The proposed development will consist of the demolition of existing shed to the rear and side and demolition of existing single storey rear extension wall, refurbishment of existing rear single storey extension with proposed new mono pitched roof and erection of a new ground floor side extension with mono pitched roof of 21 m2, proposed rear pitched roof canopy linking refurbished extension and side extension (total existing and proposed house area is 126 m2). The proposed development will also consist of general remedial work to the ground floor layout to include removal of walls to provide for an open plan living/dining/ kitchen space to the rear with new downstairs wc and utility room and a new home office/bedroom to the side in the new extension. The proposed development will also provide for a new pitched roof to the ground floor porch linking to the new side extension and all associated site, drainage and landscaping works.
