The control room houses the transformers and control panels for the wastewater treatment facility. The structure construction compromises of a 450mm RC ground bearing slab, blockwork walls around perimeter consisting of 215mm inner leaf with 60mm insulation 40mm void and 100mm outer leaf. The roof is a one way spanning 300mm reinforced concrete roof slab.
