Public-safe works description

The proposed development will consist of a terrace of 4 no. three bedroom residential dwelling. The proposed development will be accessed off Church Avenue through an adjoining site which is under separate planning application Ref.: 3766/14. Proposed dwellings will be two storey in height at the front with a dormer window (from en-suite) at roof level. Dwellings will be three storey in height at the rear with west facing rear gardens and private terrace at second floor level. Terrace to have 1.8 m high obscure glazed screen surround. Proposed development will have a brick and render finish generally. The proposed external works will include the partial demolition of the existing boundary wall to the adjoining site located to the South to provide new vehicle and pedestrian access. All dwelling will include in curtilage front driveway car parking. Additionally three visitor car parking spaces will be provided along with bin storage, soft landscaping and selected trees and shrubs.
