The development will consist of the construction of a mews house to the rear of No. 21 Belgrave Square South which will face onto and be accessed from the existing unnamed mews laneway to the rear and Belgrave Avenue to the side. The development will include the demolition of the existing single storey shed and rear boundary wall to Belgrave Avenue and the unnamed laneway and the construction of a new two-storey two-bedroom mews house. The mews house is set back from the existing laneway boundary and consists of a garage and bin store accessed off the unnamed laneway, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, WC, study and rear garden on the ground floor level, kitchen/ dining room/ living room and one bedroom on the first floor level, roof lights and sundry associated minor works.
