This commencement Notice relates to site works at Mc Aree Engineering in Ballinode, Co. Monaghan; and more specifically to development approved under 2 nr. separate planning permissions across 2 sites in ownership of Mc Aree Engineering. The works to be carried out under this commencement notice (phase 1) are limited to site enabling works only and will consist of the following: Installing Petrol Interceptors across both sites.(PL Ref: 13/330 & 331) Removing hedge along road, Blocking up existing entrance, constructing new entrance and constructing new boundary wall.(PL Ref: 13/330) Demolishing wall in existing yard premises and re-building same to improve visibility splays(PL Ref: 13/330) Constructing Yard and Car Park Areas relating to proposed shed building.(PL Ref: 13/331) Constructing 'fill area' to rear of Paul Forde's dwelling house and erecting sound barrier. (PL Ref: 13/331) Erection of new fencing around the site area of the new shed building (PL Ref: 13/331) and all associated site works.
