1) construction of a two storey extension of 27 sq.m at the main building entrance (2) erection of an external canopy over the main building entrance and overcladding of the external facade finishes including new external doors and windows to the existing office administration areas (3) enclosing of an existing external space between Units 1 and 2 for external storage by means of a facade enclosure only (4) construction of an extension of 45 sq.m. to the workshop production area between Units 2 and 3 (5) construction of an extension of 227 sq.m. to the workshop production area at the west side of Unit 3 (6) internal minor modification to the office administration areas including installation of an internal bridge of 15 sq.m linking the first floor office to the existing mezzanine level in the production area of Unit 1 (7) retention of an existing internal mezzanine level of 15 sq.m in the production area between Unit 1 and 2 (8) decommissioning of the existing septic tank system and installation of a proprietary wastewater and tertiary treatment system and associated site works and services
