Public-safe works description

The development will consist of the material alteration and change of use of Block 03 in St. John of God's Drumcar. Particularly: (i) New externals ramps and revisions to existing internal sleeping, kitchen, sanitary, and living/dining areas to meet the minimum requirements of Part M of the Building Regulations where practicable. (ii) New internal and external fire safety elements and equipment to meet the minimum requirements of Part B of the Building Regulations. (iii) Revisions to existing site layout to include new designated spaces, set-down areas, clearways, assembly points, and associated signage. (iv) All other associated building renewal, site, and development works to facilitate same. Please note that the works will not include new buildings, extensions or provide additional area to the c1545sqm existing single storey subject building. Revised FSC and DAC applications will be made covering all client instructed changes since they were previously issued and/or granted.
