"We propose to carry out Phase 1 of 2 which will include Preparation Works for the above referenced apartment development . The Preparation Works will consist of general site clearance including removal of approx. 1.0m depth of soil from the site, forming site access, site set up and construction of boundary walls to secure the perimeter of the site, all as permitted in the Planning Decision ( ABP 304686 19)". In conjunction with Dublin City Council and Dublin Bus the existing Footpath, Cycle Lane, Bus Lane and nearside carriageway will be closed for a single day and a temporary Footpath, Cycle Lane and Bus Stop will be installed as per drawing. A 1.2-Metre wide Temporary Walkway will be installed and demarked by Pedestrian Barriers on both sides of the walkway with additional Traffic Cones installed on the Barriers facing the Cycle Lane. A Traffic island will be formed to filter traffic into a single carriageway and provide segregation between vehicular traffic and cyclists. Standard Roadworks Signage will be installed warning and guiding Drivers, Cyclists and Pedestrians. The Preparation Works will involve the removal of kerbstones, lowering of the pavement for vehicle access, installation of kerbstones, removal of railings and the opening of the Boundary Wall. Hoarding and Site Gates will be installed and all other site access work activities will be undertaken within the Site Boundary.
