Work at Unit 9, Sancton Wood Building, Military Road, Dublin 8 to be carried out, which relates only to a portion of the works stated in the Planning, DAC and Fire Certificate. It consists mainly of the provision of partitions dividing the space into a number of changing rooms, offices, gym area and multi-purpose room. Wall, floor, and ceiling finishes and mechanical and electrical fit-out are also part of the works. During the course of the contract, remedial works will be carried out to the fit-out. Elements of the work will be opened up for inspections to ensure due diligence. Testing, refitting and commissioning will be carried out to ensure full compliance with Building Regulations.

Change of use from Retail Commercial to Gymnasium for Unit 9 (c.662sqm),located on the Lower Ground Floor/Intermediate Floor Level of Building 9. The works will also comprise minor alterations to the existing South and East elevations, including provision of new access door to South Elevation, provision of new access door to East (Military Road) Elevation. Provision of new signage above the new access door on East (Military Road) Elevation together with all associated site development works.
