Development Description
Permission for retention and completion of a revised design for alterations and extensions to an existing dwelling-modification of that granted under Planning Ref. 25/43607 with an increased rear first floor extension area from that previously permitted. Overall scope of works includes, (1) A flat roof single storey extension to the front, side and rear- already partially constructed and to be retained, (2) An upper floor flat roof extension to the rear- not yet constructed and proposed under this application to be partially cantilevered and increased in size and shape from that granted under 25/43607, (3) Alteration to the size and shape of an existing upper floor side window, (4) Widening of the existing vehicular entrance to the site to 3m and (5) All other associated site works.
