NO. 05/2796 AND PERMISSION FOR (2) DEMOLITION OF THE EXISTING STOREY AND A HALF DWELLING HOUSE WITH ANCILLARY FAMILY ACCOMMODATION DAMAGED DUE TO DEFECTIVE (MICA) PRECAST CONCRETE BLOCKS, (3) RECONSTRUCTION OF A NEW STOREY AND A HALF HOUSE WITH ANCILLARY FAMILY ACCOMMODATION WITH ALTERATIONS FROM THAT OF THE EXISTING DWELLING HOUSE. THE RELEVANT REPLACEMENT WORKS WILL BE CONNECTED TO THE EXISTING SITE SERVICES
