Permission for development which consists of: the development will consist of full planning permission for the following; 1. Demolition of existing garden shed. 2. Demolition of existing dwelling extension, change of use of the existing domestic dwelling to student accommodation with permission for new rear extension, the building shall consist of 9 no. student bedspaces in 2 no. apartments and all associated internal alterations. 3. Construction of a 2-storey building to the rear of the existing dwelling to consist of 10 no. student bedspaces in 2 no. apartments. 4. Provision of bicycle parking and bin storage. 5. Provision of all associated surface water, watermain and foul water drainage services and connections. 6. The proposed scheme will be utilised for short-term visitor letting during the summer months. 7. Provision of all associated site works and ancillary services necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
