for the; Development of a foul sewer pumping station, which includes for an underground storage tank (36m³),a pump chamber, inlet manhole, control kiosk and meter chamber; Provision of foul sewer pipes; foul rising main pipes, rodding eye, and air valves to facilitate diversion of the foul pipeline; Provision of stone access track, concrete areas, kerbing, ancillary signage, boundary treatment fencing and access gate to facilitate development; and Provision of all other ancillary works necessary to facilitate the proposed development
