for the renovation of an existing single-storey semi-derelict cottage including alterations to elevations and roof replacement, the provision of a single-storey part flat roof and part pitched roof rear extension to the south-east of the cottage; the provision of single storey flat roof extension/projection to the front (north-west) and to the side (north-east) of the cottage and Minor alterations to existing entrance to public road. The development will include a new wastewater treatment system, associated works and landscaping, together with all associated site services and development works.
