Application to Kerry County Council on behalf of Barraduff Homes Ltd for full planning permission for proposed development at Shronedarragh, Barraduff, County Kerry. The development will consist of 27no. residential units comprising a mix of 3no. 4-bed units, 12no. 3-bed units, and 12no. 1-bed units. All residential units are contained in one and two-storey buildings in height and comprise a mix of terrace and semi-detached houses and apartment typologies. The apartments include balconies/ground floor terraces as private amenity space provision. The development also includes the provision of 50no. car parking spaces, pedestrian and vehicular site entrances to the south (located off an existing development internal road network), 1no. bin stores, a bicycle store, pedestrian crossings, development signage, boundary treatments, landscaping, public open spaces and all ancillary site development works.
