Demolition of existing part 2 storey part single storey extension to the rear of the existing cottage and provision of new replacement 2 storey part single storey extension comprising 2 bedrooms, (one ensuite), shower room on the ground floor with new staircase to first floor kitchen/dining area with terrace/balcony to rear all within existing site curtilage. 2.
