for the change of use of the Mews building from existing office use to staff accommodation, and the refurbishment & modernisation of the building to include new room layouts and timber stud walls at ground & first floors. The new accommodation will include a proposed enclosed hallway to the stairs, the modernisation of the existing bathroom, and 2 no. proposed bedrooms, one front and one rear on the ground floor, proposed kitchen, living & dining areas with storage on the first floor, and all ancillary site services to include for the provision of a proposed water butt for stormwater disposal. The change of use will facilitate the passive surveillance of the overall Leinster Mills complex, which is a Protected Structure with RPS No. NS19-088
