The proposed spectator stand will provide seating for 282 individuals, with additional standing space located along the rear wall. The stand will also include a designated area for accessible viewing to ensure inclusivity for all spectators. New terraced viewing areas are to be constructed on either side of the stand, extending the full length of the pitch.
