The development will also include: minor amendments to the Link Road permitted as part of Phases 1A & 1B and its continuation through the Phase 2 site; minor amendments to the landscape and boundary treatment to the south of the Phase 1A site; car parking; cycle parking; public open space; drainage connections; boundary treatments; hard and soft landscaping; pumping station; lighting; and all associated site and development works above and below ground.
