modifications to the existing dwelling house to include for the following: demolition of a single storey extension and green house, construction of a roofed external walkway, conversion of existing stone garage to the side of the house into living accommodation, roof replacement and all associated elevational changes to the existing dwelling. Modifications to the existing shed to include the following: construction of a covered walkway to link the existing shed to the dwelling, roof replacement and fabric upgrades to the existing shed for ancillary use to the main house, including all elevational alterations. Permission is also being sought for a new wastewater treatment system and polishing filter, new vehicular site entrance and all associated site works above and below ground.
