for the change of use of a vacant commercial unit to a medical use comprising of a new medical diagnostics facility with X-Ray, MRI, CT and Ultrasound scanning services and all associated administrative spaces. Associated development works to facilitate this change of use comprise of internal fit out, elevational alterations including modification to existing curtain wall glazing and external wall to relocate the existing entrance door on the east elevation, partial demolition of existing first floor area to accommodate ceiling heights required at ground floor. The proposed development also includes a new electrical substation, new signage, and all associated site development works at Barcastle Retail Park, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, F23 WK40.
