the development will consist of the demolition of two existing agricultural buildings and the construction of a two-storey dwelling with single storey elements, access road and parking area, wastewater treatment system with percolation area, soakaways and all associated site works. Also included is the renovation of an existing equestrian centre building including elevational changes, a new entrance canopy and internal alterations, and the construction of a replacement shed for associated use.
