Development Description
a new energy centre building, generator and fuel storage compounds to the existing services. Works to include the following; (a) the demolition of the existing diesel storage tank and associated concrete bund, removal of existing electrical generator, and associated fencing to the generator compound; (b) a proposed new secured fuel storage compound with associated stone faced walls and new self-bunded fuel storage tank; (c) a proposed new single storey energy centre building containing a new LV switch room, a new transformer room, a new RMU and a new ESB substation; (d) a proposed 2 no. freestanding electrical generators within a new generator compound with an associated timber fence; (e) alterations to the existing site to include for repositioned accessible parking, ramps, footpaths, and landscaping; (f) and all ancillary site works both above and below ground.
