Development Description
The development consists of alterations to the previously permitted Planning References 23/60345 & 23/63049 to include for a change of house type from 103 No. residential units in 25 No. two-storey detached, two-storey semi-detached, and two-storey terraced buildings to 96 No. residential units consisting of 69 No. two-storey detached, two-storey semi-detached, and two-storey terraced dwellings and 27 No. one & two-bedroom apartments in a part three-storey and part four-storey building with an associated single-storey bin store building, associated carparking, and with minor alterations to the previously permitted footpaths, internal road network, public open space, retaining walls, and foul & surface water drainage around the new apartment building only along with all associated site and ancillary works.
