Re-position of the main entrance from the north-west elevation to the north-east elevation. Modification of the existing drainage network and upgrade of the waste water treatment system. Carry out some landscaping works to ensure that the below ground level extension and its terrace above is fully integrated into the existing landscape. Permission to retain a single storey cottage associated with the family use of the main residence, located to the north of the existing dwelling
