Public-safe works description

(1) Construction of (a) 6 no. 1 bedroom apartments located within a single / two storey building, (b) 6 no. 2 bedroom two storey dwelling houses, (c) 6 no. 3 bedroom two storey dwelling houses and (d) 2 no. 4 bedroom two storey dwelling houses, 20 no. residential units in total, (2) Construction of a new entrance, access road and car parking facilities to the proposed development including the construction of pedestrian footpath to connect to existing footpath to the south of the development site, (3) Installation of public lighting throughout the development, (4) construction of (a) foul sewer network which shall be pumped (322m) to connect into existing foul sewer and (b) storm water drainage network including attenuation tank, and installation of a watermain network to the proposed development and (5) Provision of public open space amenities and all associated site development works.
