The Bullitt Hotel development comprises the new build construction of hospitality and hotel accommodation over 8 storeys plus mezzanine, and the refurbishment and specialist fit out of existing buildings for hospitality including all associated infrastructure, utility works, amenities and external works, in Dublin 1. The main components comprise: - 97 bed hotel building with ground floor food and beverage facilities, which is comprised of two existing protected structures refurbished and linked by a new build structure, and rises up to Level 07 from within the main existing protected structure. Ground floor incorporates internal substation and switch room. - 2-storey & mezz. refurbishment and fitout of a protected monument (Meeting House) with a new build extension to provide Food and Beverage facilities. - 1-storey refurbishment and fitout of a protected structure (Bakehouse) with new build extensions to provide Food and Beverage facilities and bin store. - external covered entrance route onto Capel St. and external courtyard spaces.
