Public-safe works description

The development consists of constructing Phase 6.2 of approved development granted under Planning Ref no 15/180. The construction of a new production hall with mezzanine plant space, a single storey loading bay, a new 3 storey office block and single storey canteen (total extended area building area 7,142m2) all to the north-west of the existing building; the expansion of the existing staff car park to provide 80 additional parking spaces; the construction of a new site entrance to internal roadway; the erection of a new boundary fence to extended site; hard and soft landscaping and all associated site works. Phase 6.2 consists of the construction of an additional bay to the existing production hall & mezzanine plant space. Total Area of development to be constructed is 1,303m2.
