The project involves the phased subdivision of an existing large industrial facility at Ballybrit Business Park on the east side of Galway City. It is proposed to subdivide the existing building into 4 no. separate units/tenancies over 3 separate phases as follows: - Phase 1 – Unit 1 located along the entire west elevation of the building, currently occupied by Medtronic as their Global Services Building. As the unit is currently operational, it will be subject to a Regularisation FSC application . Phase 2 – Provision of 2 separate units (i.e. Units 2 & 3) along the southeast elevation of the building. Unit 2 will be occupied by DXC as a warehouse facility, while Unit 3 located to the east corner of the building will remain vacant in shell and core state. Phase 3 – Remaining area of the building (i.e. Unit 4), extending centrally towards the east elevation of the building. This unit will remain vacant in shell and core state.
