70 St Stephen’s Green, Dublin 2 - This Commencement Notice is for the deferred scope of work which was not completed by the Landlord Team under the Completion Certificate with reference No: CCDC and will now be undertaken by the Tenant Team under this commencement notice. The deferred works refer to works within the tenant areas on ground and upper floors and ground floor reception as follows; 1. Raised Access Floor and associated Finishes 2. Suspended Ceiling 3. LPHW & CW Services Installation 4. Ventilation & Air Conditioning Installation 5. Above Ground Soils and Wastes connections outside the cores, including condensate drainage 6. Fire Services, including dampers (NB excludes dampers installed along fire compartment lines by landlord) 7. General Electrical Services and wiring installation 8. Mechanical power cabling 9. General and additional emergency lighting installation 10. Additional fire alarm installation 11. Reception Area - All finishes including the Reception Desk in the entrance hall.
