Public-safe works description
It is proposed to construct two new two-storey digital data facilities in Grangecastle. Building 11.1 will contain mechanical/electrical equipment as well as ancillary office/storage accommodation. The building will be two storeys, with plant facilities at roof level. The building will have a relatively low occupancy largely consisting of technicians and security personnel. Building 11.2 will be a shell & core only. A future Revised Fire Safety Certificate will be submitted for a fit out of Dub 11.2 at a later date.
