New entrance door with top and side lights to the front facade at first floor. 4.) Removal of the archway and addition of new entrance door with canopy over to the front facade at ground floor. New window to the rear at first floor. 5.) Alterations to the side elevation of the original house to include the replacement of the ground floor doors with windows . Removal of all roof lights from the main roof. 6.) Demolition of the ground and first floor partially complete structure to the rear and replacement with a new ground and first floor rear extension with roof light. 7.) Renovation of the interior and exterior of the original house. 8.) General site works including landscaping and associated site works.
